Lowest private price per square foot by district
Choa Chu Kang tops this table at $1,150 per square foot, from 117 private sale caveats. 30 areas are ranked, on a single 12-month window to August 2026.
The private register only: URA caveats for ordinary private housing, resale, priced on strata area, over one twelve-month window on every district. New sales are excluded, and nothing here is compared with an HDB figure. About four fifths of private caveats can be placed inside a district, against almost all HDB resales, because a caveat is located by its project’s street rather than by its own block.
