The most useful thing you can send is a correction. If a figure looks wrong, say which area or street, what you expected, and where you saw the other number.
It is read by the people who compute the figures, and a correction that turns out to be real changes the site. Questions about the method, requests for data not published yet, and plain feedback all reach the same address.

Before you write about a figure
- Check the window on the page: a 24-month median and a 12-month median are different statistics.
- Check whether you are comparing per square foot against per square metre. The toggle on each page switches the whole site.
- Check the register: HDB resale figures and URA private-market figures are published side by side and never averaged. BTO launch prices are in neither source.
