France is published as IndexProp FR, quoted in € per square metre, from one register of transactions that have already happened. Data to December 2025.

The registers behind it
- Demandes de valeurs foncières (DVF, DGFiP), geocoded by Etalab
Registers that record different events are never pooled into one figure. Where a market carries more than one, its pages publish them side by side and say which is which.
What it refuses to publish
No valuation of an individual property, no forecast, and no figure below the market’s own sample floor. Below the floor the count is published and the figure is withheld with the reason stated. Nothing here is compared against another market: the populations, floor-area denominators and mix adjustments differ, and no exchange rate is ingested.
