Privacy Policy
IndexProp is published by Matera Capital Limited, which is the controller for the personal data this site touches: request logs, cookieless page counts, and anything you choose to send us by email. Write to contact@materacapital.com about any of it. Last updated 13 August 2026.
What is collected
There are no accounts and no login, and this site sets no cookies of its own. What remains is what serving any website involves: the hosting platform’s edge servers receive and may log requests (an IP address, the page asked for, standard request headers) to deliver pages and defend the service. Those logs are not used to identify or profile anyone.
Page counting
Page views are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, the hosting platform’s cookieless counter: which pages are viewed and aggregate context such as country, device class and referrer, identified only by a hash which, on Vercel’s published description of the product, cannot be reversed into a person and is regenerated every 24 hours. No cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device, which is why it runs without a consent banner. If measurement that does not meet that bar is ever added, it will arrive with a consent choice and a section here first.
Who processes it, and where
Vercel Inc. hosts this site and runs the page counter, and processes request data on servers outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States and the European Union. Email you send to the address above is received and stored in the controller’s mailbox. The feedback panel on the market sites relays messages through Resend as a single email and keeps no database of submissions. These processors act under their standard terms, which require them to process data only on our instructions.
Why, and for how long
Request logs are processed to deliver pages and to defend the service against abuse, which is a legitimate interest of the controller, and are kept for as long as the hosting platform retains them. Page counts are aggregate and hold no identifier that survives the day. Email is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and to record any correction it produced. Nothing here is used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making, and nothing is sold.
The market sites
Each market publishes its own privacy page describing what that product does, including its map tiles and its feedback panel, which are described there in detail. Where a market sits on its own domain, its page governs there.
Personal data in the sources
The registers behind these statistics record property transactions and addresses, not names. Figures on this site are aggregates over those records, and the hub publishes no record-level data at all. Where a register’s licence forbids redistribution of its records, as the URA Data Service terms do, only derived statistics are published.
Your rights
The controller is registered in England, so the United Kingdom GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to it. You can ask what personal data is held about you (for this site, at most a request log line or an email you sent), and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, through the contact page. The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, is the complaint route.
Where the EU GDPR, Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act or another local regime applies to a reader in those territories, the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are honoured on the same contact route, as is the right to complain to a local supervisory authority.
