Corrections
Name the market and the figure, and say what you expected. Every correction is checked against the underlying records, and where a figure is wrong the fix ships with the next build of that market.
Reuse
Each market’s figures carry that market’s licence, stated on its own dataset page. Attribute the market you took the figure from, and link the page or endpoint it came from so a reader can check it.
What we cannot help with
IndexProp does not value property, does not broker, and holds no information about individual owners or occupiers. The published statistics are aggregates over public transaction records.
